SALTVAULT |Little Italy
We’re thrilled to share that SALTVAULT has officially opened its doors in the heart of Little Italy at Bosa Development’s Savina project. Occupying a 2,161 square foot space formerly home to Row House, this marks the brand’s fourth location following successful studios in Del Mar, Pacific Beach, and Encinitas. SALTVAULT delivers dynamic, mat-based Pilates classes in an infrared-heated environment, blending classical principles with resistance bands, weights, and high energy. With its signature sweat-inducing workouts and loyal community following, SALTVAULT brings a new kind of heat to Little Italy. Hannah Sierpina represented the tenant in this transaction.
